Q: What is the format of the courses?

A: Courses are divided into Lessons which are further broken down into sections. As you read through each section, you will mark it as complete once you feel you have absorbed all the information contained in it. Then move onto the next. Most courses will also have bonus materials like research reports and videos from Dr. Sears.

Q: How long does it take to complete a course?

A: This will vary by course. You can expect that reading all the content inside a course will take between 2 and 3 hours – but fully understanding the information and, most importantly, putting it into practice will take significantly longer, and depends on your own pace and determination.

Q: Do I need any previous experience?

A: No experience is necessary and currently no courses have any prerequisites.

Q: What support and help do I receive throughout the course?

A: You will have access to our customer support team to help with any technical or account issues. Additionally, when you purchase a course, you will get access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and participate in discussions about the material being covered.

Q: Do I need to purchase any additional material?

A: No additional purchases are necessary, although some courses may occasionally recommend optional complimentary products.

Q: What is the course schedule?

A: You have immediate access to the full course and can compete at any pace and time you wish.

Q: Do I need to download any special software?

A: No special software is necessary.

Q: What if I change my mind after purchasing the course?

A: That’s not a problem. I personally guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. If at anytime within 90-days you are not 100% satisfied with your Sears University course, we will give you a refund plus you can keep all the free reports.

Q: My ebook will not download, what do I do?

A: Our ebooks are in PDF format. If you are having difficulty opening your ebook we recommend updating your Adobe reader. Updates to Adobe can be found by clicking here.

Q: I clicked on the ebook link and thought I saved it but now I cannot find it, how do I access it again?

A: Please call 866-204-6745 or email our customer service center with your order number and the specific product you ordered and we will send you an updated link. When clicking on the links, please RIGHT click and select “save as” instead of “open” then save the document to your desktop where it will be easy to locate. At that location, you will be able to open the document at your leisure.

Q: My audio file will not download, what do I do?

A: Please ensure that your Winzip program is working correctly. If problems occur with the file, you may need to update your software.
